I’m so excited to share all of these gluten free & dairy free Holiday recipes with you today!

When I first found out that I had food allergies, I was so worried about what we would eat during the holidays.

Most Thanksgiving sides & desserts are filled with gluten, dairy, and refined sugar.

I was certain I would just have to watch all my loved ones eat all the delicious food without me.

Well I don’t give up that easily! I knew there had to be a way that I could enjoy all of the same food that I loved before food allergies.

After tons of research and learning about all kinds of allergy substitutions I was finally able to come up with recipes for all of the amazing holiday food that I loved.

I’m still learning and always adding to my list of recipes, but today I am sharing all of the must haves (at least for me) for a holiday meal.
